Yolanda is Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, where she serves as a catalyst and a conduit in partnering members with resources, opportunities, and advocacy to further support diverse businesses and communities of color in their concerted efforts to compete for projects and provide employment in all aspects of today’s vast and expansive industry. Yolanda has ten years of expertise in contract Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance for workforce participation in the public and private sector. She is a public speaker and trainer, conducting presentations and facilitating groups that foster safe, interactive learning for adults in both the community and the workplace on various topics. Her strong leadership and communication skills allow her to quickly establish rapport with her team members, businesses, communities, and government agency shareholders. She is a leader in helping companies and individuals take bold and visible steps towards creating a diverse, safe, welcoming, and inclusive construction industry.
