With over 30 years of experience in the construction environment, Terrance Sterett is a construction executive who is driven to build. He has extensive experience in business development, operations, preconstruction, staffing, and leadership of the project team from project inception to completion. As a licensed professional engineer with a Master’s in Civil Engineering and LEED accredited professional, he uses his technical expertise, analytical and leadership skills, strategy implementation, and first-hand project knowledge to mentor and inspire project teams. Terrance is a results-oriented professional who can easily make things happen by turning thoughts into action and is energized by making things better. He is independent and moves quickly to action. He will always do what he says he is going to do. He is ethical and respects his teammates. His passion for construction started with his love of cranes as a child.
