About
Karly Essler has built a diverse professional background, starting as a Paraprofessional at Churchill Elementary for almost 13 years before transitioning into management at Bearboo Coffee for nearly five years. She is now embarking on a new chapter at Serenity Wellness, excited about the opportunity to work alongside Natalie, not only as a boss but as a close friend.
Karly is known for her exceptional organizational skills, her ability to connect with people, time management expertise, and her talent for multitasking. She holds a high school diploma and has pursued some college coursework, further enriching her skill set.
Outside of work, Karly’s interests reflect her love for family, football, and the excitement of dirt track racing, a passion she’s had since childhood. She enjoys road trips, shopping with friends, and baking. Music plays a significant role in her life, especially her admiration for The Beatles and Garth Brooks, and she loves attending concerts. Sunday mornings are her time for relaxation, often spent with coffee and a blanket while watching her favorite show. One of her defining features is her hair, which constantly attracts compliments and adds a unique touch to her vibrant personality.
Karly is also committed to community involvement, volunteering for events such as the Cloquet River Run, the Holiday Expo, the Fall Festival for her church, and serving on the board for the hospital’s Wine and Beer Tasting fundraiser. Her passion for family, friends, and doing her best every day truly sets her apart in both her professional and personal life.

Four Week Program
Whole Foods and Clean Eating Coaching
You will get 1-hour sessions weekly, either in person or virtually. Specific handouts that fit your needs, follow-up emails recapping our visit, recipes, and the following:
- Learn how to get the nutrients you need for your body.
- Food is medicine, and we take a close look at what you can use to help with issues you are dealing with.
- Learn about the benefits of every color of the rainbow and the nutrients they provide.
- Seasonal eating how-tos and how it expands and nourishes your gut microbiome.
- Work together closely to curate the perfect menu plans and meal prep for your family.
In this program, we target weight loss, chronic inflammation, stress management, autoimmune diseases, and ailments that are keeping you from feeling great and living your best life.
Our focus is to get to the root cause of what is keeping your body in a state of chaos and creating sickness. Each person is unique and needs different things. There is no one-size-fits-all, and that is what makes my practice work. You are the driving force of your healing, and we work together to find exactly what YOUR body needs.
