With over fifteen years of prior experience in union building trades, Foster made a bold leap into the construction industry, driven by a desire to be the architect of his destiny rather than face potential regrets later in life.

Foster’s extensive field experience in installing roofing and sheet metal systems sets him apart in the industry. His hands-on knowledge of the project process, from inception to completion, and his bilingual abilities have significantly enhanced communication and opened numerous doors for his company. These unique skills have been instrumental in positioning Advanced Design Contracting as a leader in its field.

Under Foster’s leadership, Advanced Design Contracting has achieved several notable certifications, including DBE, TGB, 8a, MBE, SBE, and Central Cert. The company is also a certified manufacturer installer for GAF, Versico, Carlisle, and PAC-CLAD. Foster’s educational background includes a high school diploma from St. Paul Johnson High School, graduation from the Sheet Metal JATC trade school, and two years of study at Inver Hills Community College.
