We had a great experience working with Brandon on selling our old house and buying the new one. He has excellent attention to details, provides helpful explanation of the process, and gives valuable advice. Brandon's ability to provide different options, his knowledge of current market trends, and banking experience are exceptional!

Irene - Eden Prairie, MN

Brandon made the mortgage process so quick and easy for us. He was great to work with and very responsive. He was able to accommodate our fast turn around and answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend him!

Emily - New Ulm, MN

We came in green to buying a house. Many other lenders would have probably told us to go do some more research then come back. Brandon sat with us and we broke down everything we wanted in our house loan. When we left after first meeting I told my wife there is no way we get that and we might have to be more realistic. Brandon guided us through the process and got us the APR and monthly payments we wanted! Not only that Brandon has made it clear that he is not done there. If we have questions we can still call throughout the duration of our loan. He did a great job and made our experience exciting rather than scary.

Nathan - Good Thunder, MN

Working with Brandon and Frandsen Bank & Trust was an excellent experience. Brandon was extremely responsive to all our questions and did an excellent job of addressing all our concerns. He worked to find the most beneficial mortgage options for us and ensured we would meet all the time specific deadlines that were necessary for our closing date. We would 100% go to Brandon again for any further lending needs.
