Aaron Strom’s career began in 1999 as a Union Carpenter, laying the foundation for a trajectory that showcased his dedication and leadership. From 2001 to 2005, he served as a Superintendent at BrightKeys Building and Development, honing his skills in project management. His ascent continued as he took on the role of Vice President at Flament-Hamsphire from 2005 to 2009. In 2006, he concurrently assumed the position of Vice President at Duluth Coating Solutions, Inc., solidifying his presence in the industry.

Aaron excels in multitasking problem-solving and possesses a unique ability to think outside the box. These skills have been instrumental throughout his career, contributing to his success in various leadership roles.

Since 2006, Aaron has played a pivotal role in building Duluth Coating Solutions into a respected installer and trade partner in the resinous flooring industry. Under his leadership, the company has contributed to high-profile projects, including AMSOIL Arena, US Bank Stadium, and Disney World, establishing a national reputation for excellence.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Aaron enjoys traveling, boating, and fishing on Lake Superior. He also enjoys the thrill of snowmobiling.

Aaron is a member of the Washington Harbor Preservation Group, a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring over 100-year-old buildings within Isle Royale National Park.

Aaron is passionate about progress and continually seeks improvement, reflecting his commitment to continuous growth and development.
