Terri is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Minnesota and has been since 1998. As a child, Terri would pretend play with her siblings “Real Estate” at home. She is a 2nd generation Real Estate Agent, following in her mother’s footsteps, Wendy Lyytinen. Continued education is a high priority for Terri to make sure she is serving her customers with the best up to date industry specific information. Terri’s qualifications include, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), & ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designations. These qualifications, among other character traits, show her dedication to going the extra mile to give exceptional customer service. Terri believes in educating her clients and arming them with the information needed to make informed decisions regarding their real estate transactions. You might find Terri enjoying the outdoors, camping, or cross-country skiing. She loves spending time with her two small dogs, and family. Terri has served the community with time spent volunteering at The Salvation Army, Carlton County Mobile Food Pantry and Friends of Animals.
