Shelly Peterson is a well-known and highly acclaimed business executive specializing in business strategy. Shelly’s passion for business, entrepreneurship, and people is her motivator. She started Promoting Me in 2020 because of her passion for helping people become brands and make a name for themselves. Shelly is a high-energy, results-oriented professional who can easily make things happen by turning thoughts into action. She is energized by making things better. As a natural networker, she brings energy and a comprehensive approach to business development and is a strong developer of people. She leads change by defining a clear vision with her engaging and energizing personality. She can connect with many people within an organization, from executive level to intern level. Shelly is a third-generation construction professional who has been in the construction industry for nearly 27 years. She sold and completed over 115 major projects and hundreds of small projects totaling over $3.5B, mentored more than 2,500 employees in the market sectors of commercial, entertainment and art, education, government, healthcare, hotel and condos, student housing, industrial, pulp and paper, mining, oil & gas and manufacturing in the geographies of California, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Maine, Las Vegas, Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, North Dakota, Washington DC. Shelly served on the executive team for one of ENR’s top 100 construction management companies in the United States.
