About
I became interested in massage therapy after I was a certified nursing assistant in high school. I loved helping the residents relax at the end of the day with a foot massage. One evening a resident told me that I should do it for a career. After that I was hooked and have been practicing massage since 2008. From working at spas, chiropractors, and hospice organizations to now owning Ambient Glow Massage Studio.
My passion for massage therapy continues to grow. I strive to continue my education in various forms of massage and bodywork. Services I offer are relaxation, deep tissue, pregnancy, hot stone, and ashiatsu and body scrubs.
I currently own Ambient Glow Massage Studio in Superior, WI.
I also teach yoga at several places in the Duluth, MN & Superior, WI area.
Hobbies I enjoy are spending time with my family, yoga, reading, listening to podcasts, and spending time in nature.

Scalp & neck massage with your chosen aroma to calm your mind and increase circulation. Choose from lavender, peppermint, tea tree, orange, eucalyptus, and lemon.
Treat for your Feet starts off with your choice of Absolute Cocoa Body Scrub or Berries and Cream Body Scrub to exfoliate your feet that gets gently wiped away with warm towels. Then an application of matching lotion is applied to soften feet along with a massage incorporating reflexology points. Scrubs and Lotions are for sale after the service to take self-care home with you.
Deep therapeutic massage where therapist massages with their feet while using parallel bars for support and balance. This massage delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure using gravity and therapist feet to leave the client feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
