About

2023 marks my 28th year in mortgage lending and I consider myself an expert in any type of loan you will request. In today’s marketplace, the home loan products offered by each bank are pretty much the same but you should understand that all loan officers are not created equal. Having experience on your side will be the difference between a loan approval and a loan denial when problems occur in your loan process. When working with me, you can be confident you have an expert on your side to give you the very best opportunity for a loan approval and a great mortgage experience. With Frandsen Bank you will get a great rate, low costs, and you can expect that your loan will be serviced here when the loan is done. Coaching youth hockey is my passion along with all the great activities Minnesota affords us. I’ve been with Frandsen Bank & Trust since 2016 and you simply won’t find a better bank at serving their customers or their communities. It’s my goal to create a long standing mortgage partnership with you starting with this transaction!

Frandsen Bank & Trust provides a true community banking experience to over 30 communities throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. By forming meaningful relationships with all customers, both large and small, we are able to deliver custom financial solutions that support their goals.

Founded in 1982 by Dennis Frandsen, Frandsen Bank & Trust is owned by Frandsen Financial Corporation (FFC), a $3 billion interstate holding company, with an additional $1 billion in assets managed by our investment and trust divisions. Based in Arden Hills, Minn., FFC provides crucial operational support services to its bankers – allowing them more time with customers to develop personal, long-term banking relationships.
